Prior to my treatment

Before your treatment you will be asked to fill out a confidential form regarding your personal health information.

Your therapist will review your health history and perform a short assessment in order to determine the most beneficial treatment for your individual needs.

What do I wear?

For massage, you are encouraged to undress to your level of comfort. The therapist will leave the room if you choose to disrobe and will knock before reentering the room. It is usually more beneficial to apply massage techniques directly to the skin and massage therapists are required to drape you with a sheet so they only expose the portion of your body on which you are receiving treatment. It is possible to work on a client who is partially or fully dressed; although this will limit the type of techniques the therapist can use and the depth of treatment you may receive. Your choice will always be respected and you will never be made to feel uncomfortable.

Our therapists are professionally trained to ensure an atmosphere of safety and privacy during every session. Your comfort and level of tolerance will be respected throughout the treatment. If you are uncomfortable at any time, you are encouraged to let your therapist know.
