Lorita has helped countless people optimize and maintain their health and mobility through bodywork. She continually strives to learn and grow so that she can give the best possible care to meet her clients’ individual needs. Lorita completed her massage training at Mount Royal University and continues to train with the Upledger Institute and Milne Institute for Craniosacral Therapy, and the Barral Institute for Osteopathic Visceral and Neural Manipulation.

A 2023 graduate of Mount Royal University’s massage therapy diploma program, Derek is focused on delivering therapeutic and sports massage. Sport and athletics have always been a part of Derek’s life, from competitive track running in high school and university, to more recent pursuits such as road cycling, recreational hockey and coaching soccer. Derek has developed respect for the body and understands the benefits that massage can bring to sports and wellness. It’s why he decided to transition from Information Technology to a new career path focused on helping clients achieve their wellness goals.
