Sports Massage

Sports massage aids in recovery and prevention of injuries. Each sport uses the body differently and creates specific patterns of stress. We work to release tension and optimize performance. A variety of techniques are used, usually a blend of deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy and myofascial release. Modalities and pressure are customized to meet individual needs depending on training status (whether pre, post or interim event) injury status and general health.
