  • Yes, we have two Registered Massage Therapists at our facility. You can learn more about Lorita and Derek on our About page, or book with either of them online.

  • As a small, therapist run business, we focus our time and energy on providing quality care. Therefore, we prefer our clients to make their own insurance claim.

    If direct billing is imperative to your wellness plan, please email us prior to your appointment with your direct billing info – including a photo of your insurance card and your date of birth.

    We will submit your claim once, if there are any issues then you are responsible for the cost of your treatment and processing a reimbursement through your provider.

  • We are located in an old character home that we fondly refer to as ‘the Little Yellow House’ in Calgary's Beltline Community on 10th Street SW between 11th and 12th ave. Our parking is located in a small lot south of the alley way, we have two spots that are marked.

    We are right next door to the Sunshine Village head office and kitty corner to Calgary Co-op’s Midtown Market. We are within walking distance of the Downtown West-Kerby C-Train station, and a 15 minute walk from the downtown core.

    We service Calgary’s Beltline, Connaught, Sunalta, Mount Royal, Scarboro, Bankview and the Core.

  • We have two marked parking spots behind our building on the south side of the alley way on 10th Street.

    There is also plenty of paid street parking and some free street parking.

  • Please come in through the front door, remove your shoes and wait in the waiting area. Your RMT will come out to greet you.

  • We share a quiet building with four other businesses. There is no main receptionist, when you arrive please wait in the waiting area and your RMT will come out to greet you.

    Our treatment room is cleaned thoroughly after each client.

    During your appointment, we play music that works for you or we are happy to work in silence. We're happy to guide you through your treatment or let you relax with minimal talking.

  • We provide high quality customized treatments using sports massage, deep tissue massage, relaxation massage, osteopathic craniosacral therapy, organ specific fascial release and Myofascial Release.

  • We offer packages of five treatments at different duration intervals – for example, 5 one hour treatments, or 5 90 minute treatments, etc. See our booking page for pricing and details.

    To claim your treatments, we provide a receipt for payment immediately and then separate receipts on the day of each treatment detailing the length and cost of treatment for you to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement if you have extended coverage.

  • At the start of your appointment, your therapist will ask you to remove your clothing down to what you're comfortable with. Some people stay fully dressed for osteopathic cranial and visceral work. If you do take your clothes off, any parts of the body that we are not working on will be covered with a sheet. We are sure to always create a safe space.

  • It can take up to three weeks for the benefits of bodywork to unfold. Directly after a treatment you may feel quite tired. It is not unusual to be sore for a day or two. You may feel tender to touch in certain areas for a few days after a deep tissue massage.

    It is important to drink plenty of water, breathe deeply and relax after a treatment. Gentle stretching can be helpful but a hard workout is not recommended.

  • Yes! We offer at-home treatments for families and those who have mobility issues. Please email or call to book a home visit.

  • We keep our facility clean and sanitized. If you are feeling sick, please let us know and we'll be happy to help you reschedule your appointment.

    If you feel more comfortable, we can wear a mask during your treatment, and/or provide you with one.
